01 / Evaluations & Letters
Clear questions. Careful assessment. Useful documentation.
Independent diagnostic and regulatory evaluations, with clearly defined questions, transparent fees, and findings grounded in the assessment.
Each evaluation begins with a defined question. Clinical interviews, relevant records, and appropriately selected standardized measures inform findings, recommendations, and documentation tailored to the purpose of the assessment. Reports distinguish information provided by the person being evaluated, available records, clinical observations, and the evaluator’s conclusions. Findings remain independent of the outcome a referring party may seek.
AvailableAdult ADHD & Diagnostic Evaluations
Understand what is affecting attention, organization, and follow-through.
Focused adult evaluations examine attention difficulties, executive dysfunction, and the possibility of overlapping or alternative explanations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other relevant clinical factors.
Assessment integrates clinical history and functional concerns with standardized measures such as the Brown Executive Function/Attention Scales, Beck Depression Inventory–II (BDI-II), and Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), selected as clinically appropriate. Rating-scale findings are interpreted alongside the broader assessment.
A written report explains the findings, diagnostic reasoning, and recommendations. With your authorization, it can inform discussions with your prescriber or support a workplace accommodation request. Prescribers make medication decisions, and employers determine accommodation requests through their own processes.
$650 flat fee · Self-pay
Includes the clinical interview, selected standardized measures, and written diagnostic report. The service agreement confirms appointment arrangements and any feedback session before scheduling.

An independent assessment for a regulated return-to-duty process.
Initial and follow-up Substance Abuse Professional evaluations for safety-sensitive employees following a DOT drug or alcohol violation, conducted under 49 CFR Part 40.
The initial evaluation establishes recommendations for education and/or treatment. The follow-up evaluation assesses successful compliance with those recommendations. When successful compliance is established, the SAP establishes the required follow-up testing plan. Employer decisions and required testing remain separate steps in the return-to-duty process. Successful compliance findings do not guarantee employment or a return-to-duty outcome.
Scheduling follows review of the relevant documentation, designation requirements, and payment.

Careful clinical documentation of hardship, trauma, and daily functioning.
Now accepting inquiries for immigration-related psychological evaluations involving extreme hardship waivers (I-601/I-601A), VAWA petitions, U-Visas, T-Visas, and asylum matters.
The assessment explores relevant history, trauma and stress symptoms, relationships, and effects on daily life. Measures are selected for the referral question and may include the TSI-2, PCL-5, PHQ-9, GAD-7, and WHODAS 2.0. Vineland-3 may be included when adaptive functioning is relevant. Instrument selection also considers age, language, and administration requirements; every case does not require every measure.
Immigration evaluation methodology draws on educational frameworks from Marc Sadoff and the Immigration Evaluation Training Center. Structured interviewing, record review, and clinical interpretation inform a report that identifies its sources and limitations.
With your authorization, coordination with your attorney helps clarify the referral question and documentation needs. The written report explains the referral question, information reviewed, assessment methods, clinical findings, and limitations; your attorney directs legal strategy, and immigration authorities determine eligibility and the outcome of the matter.
$1,200–$1,500 flat fee · Self-pay
A case-specific written quote confirms the exact fee, included assessment and report, and agreed scope before scheduling.
