Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
Beginning therapy is a meaningful step. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. Together, we look beneath the immediate symptoms to understand the emotional and relational patterns that may have followed you for years. My approach is collaborative, direct, and tailored to your experiences, values, and goals, with the aim of creating lasting emotional and behavioral change. You do not need to arrive with perfect answers—honesty is enough for us to begin.
