FORENSIC RETAINER VS. OUTPATIENT SCOPE NOTICE:

Outpatient psychotherapy and outpatient clinical assessments provided by Anthony Vario, LLC are strictly non-forensic and are not intended for use in contested legal proceedings, custody disputes, or disability determinations. Forensic mental health evaluations, pediatric functional assessments (CANS), and immigration evaluations are conducted solely under formal, independent written retainer agreements executed directly with legal counsel or the retaining party.
